The Maryland Juvenile Justice Coalition (MD JJC) is dedicated to keeping juvenile justice reform matters at the forefront of Maryland's General Assembly. Our purpose is to build a grassroots movement of constituents, legislators, and organizations that are united to end extreme prison sentences for those convicted as juveniles and emerging adults. Our focus is advocacy through legislation and education.
